Frequently Asked Questions

All we ever hear out there is "I can help you" Trust me and pay me first, right?

It's much easier to earn your business if I actually help you first with a complimentary piece of work, there is no fee, no obligation. That way, you can see the quality of my work and feel better about doing business with me.

Marilee feels that when it comes to marketing and social media, everybody is different. So we chat, analyze and then make you an offer.
I'm not a "Post & Pray Couch Potato," hoping and praying that someone will find me.

So I actively look at social media platforms and websites that have the telltale signs of needing help.

I look for visual clues with image headers to posts; too many motivational quotes is a big indicator unless you are a meme website. I look for content that is random and has nothing to do with what you offer etc. Take a look at the before and after 1st impression images, and you'll understand what I mean. Remember, if I can spot the flaws, so can your visitors.

It just depends on how much work is needed to bring your social media platform and/or website back to optimal performance. You'll be able to see approximate completion times on the services page as well. I do have a month-to-month option. The goal is to get you to take over as quickly as possible. However, some clients prefer I just send them daily posts so they can review, copy-paste into their page.
No, I cannot guarantee sales. Nobody can guarantee sales unless it's product-based and you have a proven marketing system.

I also don't know your skill set at closing sales. I'm a firm believer that your content that builds trust is the most powerful secret salesperson you have. What I mean by that is when a visitor arrives on your page and everything they see, read or watch makes them feel good about you and your business, The opportunity for them to "want" to use your services becomes greater the longer they're on your pages. Offers are great, and when you create them, you typically feel good about them; however, It's all about the messaging. You may want me to take a look to see if any improvements can be suggested. I can guarantee the work I describe will get done, or your money back! I've seen a remarkable turnaround in real engagement and sales occur when the content is optimized for your ideal client. Sometimes figuring out what that optimization is can be tricky, but that's what I do.

No, I handle everything myself. This allows me to focus on helping you with the same dedication and quality of work you deserve.
One of the biggest challenges most businesses face is a shortage of leads, lack of engagement, and zero to sluggish sales. When you first launched your business, you had dreams, goals, and expectations, especially the expectation of building a reliable income. Those expectations still matter today.

The question is, are you meeting those expectations? Are you generating enough revenue to cover your expenses and live the lifestyle you envisioned? Only you can answer that. But if there’s a gap between where you are and where you want to be, it might be time to take action.

Whether it’s boosting your lead generation through your post taking advantage of the algorithm, creating deeper connections with your audience, or turning those connections into consistent sales, the solution is within reach. Let’s bridge that gap together. The whole idea is for your content to do the heavy lifting for you. That is a skill set that I'm good at.

This is going to sound salesy and a bit harsh, but it's true.

That's exactly the reason why you need to get your site back under your control and optimized. So you never have to think, say, or feel that way again.

It's always your final decision, and I do have payment plans as well. I've been there, done that. Let me help, and I'll do my best to take the sting out of your pocketbook.

What happens if you continue to procrastinate? Nothing; you're still not bringing in income; you're still frustrated; maybe even feeling a bit of anxiety and maybe a bit stuck. Compare your lack of sales to letting a leak in your bathroom go unchecked. Eventually things get worse and cost more to fix, so the sooner you can fix it, the sooner you can move closer to a sale. If you're broke, you're broke, but don't pretend to yourself; things will get better without action. Using me gives you a quick realignment and you'll feel all that stress and anxiety fade away once you see the difference we can make together.

Every client is different, and it depends on what you're already doing to drive visitors to your pages. If you're into organic and not spending money on ads, it will take longer; usually 2-4 weeks is average. If you're running ads and they're optimized properly, you can see remarkable immediate results.

Just remember, the more you charge for your services, the easier it is to cover your cost of ads. If you're selling products like candles, the profit margin is usually quite low and initially you could lose money until you build up a repeat buyer base.

Overall. You can expect your attitude to change for the better; you'll see and feel better because of the quality of the optimized first impressions happening; the quality of the posts goes up; the randomness of your posts drop considerably; and that stress and anxiety you had will fade away quickly.

Running ads does not guarantee sales. If done properly, it will get the viewer of that ad to visit whichever page you want them to visit. That's it. It's not uncommon for a visitor to arrive on a page, decide they don't like what they see and/or read or watch and leave.

What I focus on is when a visitor arrives on your page. Regardless of what the ad says, now it becomes all about the visitor. If the visitor arrives and is impressed with a great visual image of who you are and what you do, that opens the visitors mind to the rest of your content.

If he or she likes what they see, read or watch and it makes them feel good about you and your services, your chances of conversion go up. If they feel your content is ok, but not remarkable, your chances of them wanting to use you and your services are low. It's all about common sense and focusing on the visitor and not sounding like everyone else in your industry.

Having a page full of features and specials touting sales and thinking they will be impressed to buy is very old school. It's all about the visitor experience, so don't drop them into the sales zone like they're walking down a gauntlet of used car salespeople. Making your visitor smile and feel good is the goal and always will be.
